These companies cannot be held liable for any health or safety matters, nor border entry requirements or possible denials. It's important to note that currently the government of Canada has a global advisory against all non-essential travel at this time due to the pandemic. 

TRAVEL ADVISOR CERTIFICATE: In order to receive the official Travel Advisor Certificate of Achievement, you will have to attend the 2-day course in full, the resorts site-inspection, and the welcome and farewell dinners. The rest of the events (group excursion, dine-around, and cocktail parties) are not mandatory. The week is planned with much free time as well to enjoy the destination and the resort.
